Mindfulness & Meditation Masterclass

Learn how to meditate and bring more blissful awareness into your everyday tasks and experiences. This workshop will introduce you to the wonderful ancient methods of meditation and mindfulness. Practised regularly they have the power to move the mind from a state of chaos and busyness to a state of quietude and blissfulness, slowing down the hectic rhythm of modern life. There are many benefits a regular meditation practice can bring, helping us lead happier-healthier lives.

The workshop will be led by Steve Anwar a seasoned meditator and certified teacher. Steve has been meditating everyday for over 12 years and teaching for 4 years. In 2016 he completed his 'Master of Wisdom & Meditation Teacher Training studying alongside master meditator David Ji in Carlsbad, California.
