Martial Arts Profile: 5th Degree Black Belt, Blue Belt in BJJ

“Inspired by the Power Rangers, I started my Martial Arts journey at the age of 7 years old & have now been training in Martial Arts for over 20 years. Martial Arts is my life, it’s my passion and always will be. I live the Black Belt Life style that I teach from the mental attitude of focus and discipline to the health and nutrition.

I achieved black belt at the age of 10 years old and was hungry to learn more. Martial Arts developed my character and empowered me to overcome obstacles such as all the bullying I experienced at school. I competed in over 200 competitions from age 8-18 all over the world & won many British, European and World titles on the England Team.

In 2005, I was invited to be part of the UK XMA Team & was coached by the Blue Power Ranger, Mike Chat. We performed all over the world, touring with Jean Claude Van Damme.

In 2007, I created and launched Excel Martial Arts. Then in 2008 my friend, Danny Ball & I kicked & flipped our way to the Final of ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent as ‘Strike’ with 15 million viewers. We toured 22 big venues over the UK including the O2 arena for 2 nights in front of 15,000 people. In Christmas 2008, we starred as Kung Fu pirates in Peter Pan Pantomime at the Manchester Opera House. We then traveled all over the world performing at some amazing events. All of these experiences have been unbelievable life changing experiences.

I qualified as a life coach in 2012. The knowledge helped me to create a life changing Martial Arts programme and create massive changes in people’s lives helping them achieve things they once thought were never possible.

In 2013 I was awarded International Martial Artist of the Year in Texas, USA by my coaches and their students.

Over the years, I have gained a lot of knowledge from various courses on leadership, mindset, health and nutrition. I am very ambitious, creative and adventurous. I have completed 2 skydives, ran 2 Men’s Health Survival of the fittest races, bungee jumped in Cairns, walked on 1000 degree hot coals, toured Australia and visited many countries.

I feel very grateful to do what I do and am very passionate about helping people live a happy and healthy life. I feel honored to coach all of my students.

Remember…It’s Time to Excel”
