In my kid's first Excel tester class , I have decided to send my kids here. And when they started their Excel trail, I was sitting there and saw how they teach kid's, that's motivated me to get into it too. I never ever done anything like that before, but whenever I watch my kids do it, I can't stop myself. most importantly all coaches and staff are so nice, friendly and so helpful. 💯 recommended. My son loves coming to excel, on his first lesson he was a little nervous but all the coach’s and staff made him feel really welcome and at home couldn’t have asked for more from all the team. My sons confidence, enthusiasm and courage has rocketed since his first ever lesson and I’ll be forever great-full to all the team. I attended a free female-only self-defence class at Excel. Coach Charlene led the class and she was so knowledgeable -- answering specific questions on how to get out of certain situations with detail. The class was inclusive and engaging -- Coach Charlene was welcoming with her language and got everyone involved with demonstrations. I have come away feeling confident and have definitely learned new skills. Thank you.

Harvey has been training with Excel for 6 years. It has helped him be the mature, confident, strong and fit 13 year old that he is today. This year we watched him achieve his 1st Degree Black Belt and we couldn't be prouder. He loves attending classes, he's met some good friends and participates in activities in and out of the academy with them. It has definitely been the best money we have spent. What a dynamic place for all age groups,it's such a clean well run establishment confidence soars after every lesson it's not just about the martial arts though,there is alot going on here from dancing,to gymnastics,and the parent interaction is astounding on the mats during lessons seriously give this place a good look you won't be disappointed blessings tal also fantastic disabled access and toilets top notch infact.
