I’m forty-something years old with two children who used to train at Excel. In my spare time, I like to go walking with my family and our dogs!
Most memorable martial arts moment:
Passing my 2nd Degree – with honours! It made me feel immensely proud of myself.
What I love about working at Excel:
Everything! It’s not a job, it’s a lifestyle, and I love helping people to Excel in Life!

Just do it. Take that first step.
